MISSION

To design, develop, and deliver indigenous, innovative unmanned systems that solve real-world problems across sectors like oil & gas, agriculture, defense, mapping, and surveillance. We blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies to build reliable UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and sub-orbital platforms tailored for mission success.

IEGS TRAINER

Purpose: A functional prototype built to train the team and validate aerodynamic design principles using a simple, manually flown airframe.

Highlights:

  • – Wingspan: 1.8 meters
  • – Payload Capacity: 450 grams
  • – Materials: Pink styrofoam foam-core, carbon rods, wooden reinforcement
  • – Flight System: FPV (no autopilot)
  • – Endurance: 20 minutes
  • – Landing Gear: Tricycle with steerable nose gear
  • – Build Techniques: Hot wire foam shaping, Carved component bays, Manual sanding and structural joinery

Status: Prototype complete with over 20 flight hours logged. Video and CAD image available.

IEGS SUVER 1

Purpose: A major evolution of the IEGS Trainer, featuring vertical takeoff and landing for ease of deployment in rugged environments, designed for surveillance and mapping.

Highlights:

  • – Wingspan: 2.4 meters
  • – Payload Capacity: 800 grams
  • – Endurance: ~90 minutes
  • – Flight Controller: Pixhawk 2.4.8 with GPS
  • – Features: Transition flight, semi-autonomous operations, stable hover
  • – Materials: Foam core + fiberglassed finish + carbon tubing
  • – Payload: Under-nose day camera for 360° field view
  • – Tools Used: Fusion 360, Wing Helper, CFD simulation, in-house 3D printing

Status: Prototype in progress — undergoing integration and tuning

IEGS EAGLE 01

Purpose: A mission-flexible platform for real-time ISR and precision mapping missions. Built for field reliability and ease of maintenance.

Highlights:

  • – Wingspan: 2.45 meters
  • – Max Takeoff Weight: 8 kg
  • – Endurance: 2–4 hours
  • – Range: 40 km per battery charge
  • – Flight Controller: Matek + Airspeed + GPS
  • – Ground Control: Siyi UniRC 7 Pro GCS
  • – Payloads: EO/IR Gimbal (Siyi ZR10), Swappable RGB or Multispectral Sensors
  • – Build: Foam core + carbon fiber, optimized airframe
  • – Testing: Extensive propulsion system ground trials

Status: Advanced prototype — undergoing integration, tuning, and scalable.
